Contact Adaptiwise AI for
Sign-in trouble, a product failure, a suspected account compromise, or a privacy concern about the Adaptiwise AI platform.
Put “Privacy” in the subject when that is the concern. This address is not an emergency line.
A security problem has its own address: a way into data that should not be open, or a reason to think somebody has already been in it, goes to security@adaptiwise.com. What to send, and what happens next, is on the Security page.
Contact the business for
An appointment, cancellation, treatment, personal health record or clinic charge. Use the business’s own website, booking page, or any contact details the business gave you.
If a broken link hides those details, email us with the business name and we will help route you.
What to include
- Your business or workspace name.
- What you were trying to do and roughly when it failed, including your time zone.
- The request ID shown with the error, if there is one.
Do not email personal health information, payment-card details, a password, sign-in or reset link, or API key.
Check the deployment
The service-status page shows a short, sanitised snapshot. It runs on this deployment, so a total edge or API outage can make the page itself unreachable.
There is no promised response time or service-level agreement.
